from Bathnaha Assembly Constituency election in 1990
from INC. * Elected MLC from Tirhut Graduate
Constituency in year 2002 as an Independent Member. *
Elected MLC from Tirhut Graduate Constituency in year
2008 as a JDU Member & became Cabinet Minister of
Disaster Management Department, Govt. Of Bihar. *
Elected MLC from Tirhut Graduate Constituency in year
2014 as an Independent Member. * Elected MLC from
Tirhut Graduate Constituency in year 2020 as a JDU
Member & became Deputy Leader of the House in Bihar
Legislative Council. * Worked for JDU as a National
Spokesperson to place the Party’s view points on
National Media.
SOCIAL WORK: * Mainly
instrumental in getting BIHAR DIWAS declared. *
Centenary celebration of BIHAR DIWAS in 2012 in Mumbai.
* In course of honoring forgotten Martyrs started
and installed statues of Martyrs of Independence
struggle in all over Tirhut on personal level. *
Redeveloped of WAR MEMORIAL at Danapur in 2006 at own
expense. * Organized annually “EK SHAM
SHAHEEDON KE NAAM” for the welfare of families of Police
and Para military force’s Martyrs belonging to Bihar.
* Annual distribution of tri-cycle to physically
challenged people of the constituency. * The
name of Taylor Road, Patna was changed to SHAHEED PEER
ALI KHAN MARG in honor of great freedom fighter whom
British Governor Taylor had executed.
